Women's Beginner / All Level Bootcamps

NOTE: WHILE MOST CLASSES FOR MARCH ARE SOLD OUT, APRIL CLASSES WILL BE ADDED SO CHECK BACK SOON! MAY JUNE OUTDOOR CLASSES UP IN APRIL.

Completely Beginner Friendly bootcamps make fitness fun and intimidation free. Modifications are provided to make the class suitable for all and perfect for a fitness newbie. You CAN do this I promise. 

Classes are different every week in styles. With circuits, trainer led classes and the occasional game, you will improve strength, cardio and flexibility without the boredom!

November-May classes are indoors (May-Oct outdoors)

Classes are non-refundable so please double check your schedule before booking

Sign-up

To sign-up you must first fill out a sign-up form below. From there you have 24 hours to secure your spot with a payment. Your spot is not secured until payment is made. The form expires after 24 hours if payment is not made. 

Payment

Payment can be made by e-transfer to info@everybuddiesfitness.com or with Paypal (links below). HST has already been included in the price so no need to add it :)

I send out class intro's 1 week prior to class. I often end up in junk folders.

Be sure to add info@everybuddiesfitness.com as a contact in your email or check junk folders. 

Once booked classes are non-refundable and cannot be switched as one off's
