I have been going to bootcamp classes for about a year now, joining a friend a mine in classes, and have been able to see a great improvement in myself. Not only have I lost over approximately 20 pounds, but my level of capability has also greatly improved. I am finding that I can do things that I wasn’t able to do over a year ago. 
 

I find myself looking for more ways to stay active. Whether it being doing things around the house or going to random walks. I feel as long as I keep myself moving, I am only going to get better fitness wise.


At the beginning of the fall, I completed my very first 5k. While I did a combination of running and walking, I have never felt so accomplished before. Being able to run across the finish line and know that I was able to complete it without any difficulty made me feel so happy."
