I started my fitness journey 10 years ago when I was overweight and tired. I signed up at a local gym and within weeks I felt a new sense of vitality and felt amazing.
Sitting all day at an office job, part of me felt like I needed to share this “secret” that I discovered. I headed back to school and obtained my required certifications to pass on healthy living through fitness instructing. Through working at gyms, I noticed that the environment was serious and intimidating for fitness newbys so I decided to open Everbuddiesfitness; a fun, simple intimidation free solution.
I enjoy spending time with my new baby, travelling, walking with my dog "Lucy", running volunteer activity programs at nursing homes, reading and indulging in Netflix & Sushi!
My experience (8 years)
Group Fitness (Spin, strength, cardio, circuit, aquafit, core, bootcamp, outdoor terrain, older adult, ball and band classes. Group sizes ranging from 3 - 25 participants.)
Personal Training (Specializing but not limited to beginner, weight loss and post natal fitness training.)
Partner Training (Training "Buddies" with different fitness levels together in one combined fitness session.)
