Each class incorporates cardio and weight training with a 10 minute yoga finish for flexibility. Many modifications make this class great for both beginners and regular exercisers. Have fun with a series or games/circuits.
This class combines strength/gentle cardio (20 minutes) with yoga stretching and relaxation (20 minutes). This group is perfect for moms who wants to improve strength, endurance and flexibility. Never done yoga? No problem!
